This e-book was created by the students of 2G, Liceo Scientifico ''G. Peano'' in Cuneo. We decided we wanted to learn more about countries influenced by the English culture and whose official language is English. We worked in groups of 3-5 students and searched the Internet for information about topics such as history, geography, music, religion etc.
We chose to expand our knowledge of: -Australia; -Canada; -England; -India; -New Zealand; -the USA.
For each country we dealt with cultural features like history, traditions, folkdances and folkmusic, but each group picked those aspects that appealed more to its members. The e-book was afterwards expanded with pictures, videos and some interactive exercises, so you will find information presented in a different way from the usual paper book.
With this e-book we hope to attract readers and lure them into learning other cultures in a new way.
